To achieve optimal and long-lasting results, here are a few things you can do pre and post-treatment.
- Avoid using chemical exfoliants or active ingredients on your skin 48 hours before and after treatment
- Avoid wearing makeup for 48 hours post treatment.
- We recommend drinking at least 2 litres of water per day and minimising caffeine and alcohol consumption over the treatment process.
