HOW DOES IT WORK?
Ulfit HIFU is a precisely controlled, macro-focused circular ultrasound that permanently eliminates fat and visibly tightens skin, with no pain or downtime to safely and effectively target areas of concern.
Ultrasound targets the fat cells using a deep dermal micro-heating technology, to heat the area up to 60-70°, permanently eliminating fat cells. The high-frequency ultrasound waves also heat deeper layers of the skin, reducing stubborn fat pockets and creating a beautifully tightened and lifted result.

PREPARING FOR YOUR TREATMENT
To achieve optimal and long-lasting results, here are a few things you can do pre and post-treatment.
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before and after your treatment as well as caffeine for at least 2 hours before and after your treatment
- To properly flush out your lymphatic system and eliminate the fat cells, staying hydrated is key. We recommend drinking at least 2 litres of water pre & post procedure.

No, your skin cannot be damaged. It is a safe body sculpting treatment, which is specifically designed to tighten, rejuvenate, repair, and lift the skin.
While side effects are very uncommon, there is a small chance they could occur. Side effects are generally mild and temporary and can include a slight redness to the skin, which will decrease within 30 minutes. Some people may experience slight tenderness or sensitivity following their body contouring Ulfit treatment from a few days up to one or two weeks. This typically is a good sign that things are happening deep within the skin.
Absolutely. The treatments are non-invasive – meaning they do not penetrate the skin, so there is no risk of infection or complication. The treatment itself acts as a catalyst to stimulate the body’s natural processes.
Most clients report minimal to mild discomfort, while some find the treatment to be more painful.
While the HIFU treatment delivers high intensity focused ultrasound at a high temperature for results, some discomfort is expected, though it is temporary.
Clients are more than welcome to apply numbing cream prior to treatment to ease any discomfort.

HIFU can be used in conjunction with radio frequency treatments to further tighten the skin. Radio Frequency energy penetrates layers of the skin layers to selectively heating the skin tissue where collagen fibres are embedded. It can also be used with Fat Freezing or Fat Cavitation to further eliminate stubborn pockets of fat.
