  5. Avocados – high in fiber and antioxidants, making them excellent for increasing fiber intake, keeping digestion flowing, and cleansing the colon.
  6. Green tea – has a very high antioxidant content and antioxidant properties. Helps to seek out and eliminate free radicals before they do damage. Choose an organic brand.
