Preparing for your treatment
To achieve optimal and long-lasting results, here are a few things you can do pre and post-treatment.
- Avoid alcohol for at least 24 hours before and after your treatment as well as caffeine for at least 2 hours before and after your treatment
- To properly flush out your lymphatic system and eliminate the fat cells, staying hydrated is key. We recommend drinking at least 2 litres of water pre & post procedure.

Cellulite appears when fat cells (in any quantity) permeate through weakened connective tissue under the skin, resulting in dimpling, lumps and bumps on the surface of the skin – which is why you can be slim and still have cellulite.
Yes. Our cellulite treatment is non-invasive, meaning the technology does not penetrate the skin, eliminating the risk of infection or complication. We exclusively use the latest and most advanced medical-grade, TGA Approved technology, performed by our highly qualified therapists.
The number of treatments that you will need depends on the grade of cellulite as well as your body goals. There is no ‘one-size-fits-all’, however, we would recommend a minimum of 10 treatments. At your consultation, our Body Experts will devise an individual treatment plan for you based on your body goals.
Our treatments can be applied to any area of the body that would benefit from cellulite reduction. Common areas include the thighs, bottom, abdomen & arms.
Generally, clients start seeing results after their 4th session when collagen activation has peaked. Results continue to improve with each treatment.
Our cellulite treatments feel like a warm, gentle massage and therefore you will experience very little or no discomfort. Each session lasts between 40 – 90 minutes.
You may experience some redness which usually dissipates within an hour. Some clients report some redness, swelling, or a slight feeling of heat in the treated area – but this is rare and these symptoms should disappear within 24 hours.
